Can I customize my homepage?
Sure can, on the main Charlottebook.com homepage you can drag, remove, and minimize any of the boxes you see. Everything is automatically saved so the next time you login it's how you like it.
Can I customize my profile?
Yup, you can do that from your Profile by clicking "Edit Profile". You're able to change colors, styles, and your background.
Can I change my email address and other information?
Yes. You can by clicking "My Profile/Edit Profile" and then changing what you need changed. Keep your profile fresh and up to date.
What are Tags?
Tags are single descriptive words that are then used by the system to find information. These words are turned into links so people can browse topics of interest.
Can I upload nude photos?
Umm, NO!
How can I make a photo primary?
Go into "My Profile" from the top right links after you Login, click on your large picture to go to "My Photos" then click on a little picture at bottom, and check Make Primary.
How can I get support services?
Feel free to use our contact form.
How do I know if someone's online?
You will see a little light bulb in the top right of a member's image and if it's lit, they are online. You can also check the Members/Online link.
I want to suspend my account, how do I?
You can suspend your account at anytime by contacting us or logging in and in the first page you will see a link to "Suspend" account.
I want to delete my account, how do I?
You can delete your account at anytime by logging into your account and clicking "My Settings" then click "Unregister".
